I am so behind on my blogging it's pathetic. Seriously.
Ava moved out of her crib and into her "big girl bed" in June (yes, these pictures are from June!). I was going to order a bed for her and Jason stopped me. He said that he wanted to make her a bed and he did! It turned out really cute and Ava is VERY proud of it.
There is a routine that happens every night before bed. Ava brushes her teeth. We sit in her reading corner and read books. Then she lays in her bed and says, "Tickle my body, Mommy (or Daddy)". The girl loves to have her back and tummy softly tickled...and she won't go to bed until it's done. So high maintenance!...but we love her!
